 We don't just simply take bookings. We are a well rounded proactive management company that doesn't involve third parties meaning you don't pay extortionate fees for a disjointed subpar service.

From the initial enquiry, the meet and greet, a helping hand or any questions, it's us that's available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. From start to finish its the same person your guests speak to and meet, ensuring a personal and specific experience every time. We are invested in every stay. This same attention is applied to our clients, we are here for you whenever you need us.

 

Our direct hands on approach allows us to always be in touch with your home and your guests.

We advertise on all the main sites, such as Airbnb, booking.com, Vrbo, TripAdvisor and Expedia to name a few, with lots of new and loyal guests that choose to book directly.

 

We look after your home differently than traditional management companies, we personally tailor the service you require, maximising income with no limitations on how often you'd like to stay in your own home.

 

We employ an adaptive approach to holiday rentals that adjusts to booking trends and demands, as such we don't limit ourselves with set changeover days. We are available everyday to optimise occupancy.

Our clients benefit from that same flexibility, we do not require you to sign any contracts. Your experience and results are what dictates whether you stay a part of the R&R Family, not restrictive, regimented and archaic contracts.

We don't charge any 'extras', no, VAT, no laundry fee, no call out fees, no renewal fees or initial set up costs.

 

We charge 15% commission and one cleaning fee dependant on the size of your property.
