I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Zoe's place with my family. From the moment we arrived, we all felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Zoe provided clear instructions and was very responsive to all our questions. She was at our door in just about 5 minutes when we had issue opening the door from inside the house The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the major attractions and local amenities. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, which had a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops that suited everyone in our group. Overall, our stay at Zoe's place was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this Zoe’s place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located place to stay with family or friends in Falmouth. Thank you, Zoe, for being such a wonderful host

Lovely cottage type accommodation, absolute little gem of a place ! Nice decor, very clean and comfortable with a little garden to sit out in the sun. Brilliant location within a few mins walking distance from the town, beach, restaurants, and train station. Zoe was a brilliant host kept in touch with us during our very long journey down for arrival and check in purposes which was very reassuring, answered questions we had promptly with a lovely friendly manner. We had a lovely stay and will definitely use this accommodation again!

The setting couldn’t be better - right on the sea front, with a private patio overlooking the harbour - perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine - and stunning views. There are even steps down to the water if you fancy a swim (our neighbours were doing so happily). The lively restaurants and shops of Falmouth are only a few minutes’ walk away. The flat was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable for our party of two adults and two teenagers. We had a fabulous weekend and would definitely consider staying again.

The house was beautiful and incredibly clean. Zoe was so helpful for everything we needed over our stay, making it so easy for us! The location was great - there were lots of steps to the house (the route we took) which was a fun work out 😂 but it wasn't long to get to the main town, which was amazing. Overall, it was lovely and so worth the money for the stay ❤️

Perfect to wine away the hours looking at the stunning view and harbour activities. in central location with hussle bussle of the town. but with the windows closed you have the piece and tranquility to enjoy the views. parking is at a premium in summer months and this comes with a space to fit a large car. I managed to get my truck in the space too. lots to do in the area loads of places to eat and drink. and shops nearby to buy essentials. Zoe was straight intouch when we booked with further instructions and breakfast suggestions. felt right at home. even taken some furnish tips for my own place. will be back for sure! thank you.

We have stayed in a number of properties in Falmouth, and this is by far the best. There was nothing to fault here it was all perfect, and the location in terms of the views over the harbour, and walking distance to everything in the town was fabulous. Zoe was a great host and provided us with all the information we needed. The added bonus of a secure parking space was great. My husband enjoys open water swimming and to be able to access the water direct from the property on a beautiful clear sunny was very special. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.
