The Space
We are based on Lower Market Street in the centre of town, offering immediate accessibility to the bustling town and easy transport links into Falmouth.
Thoughtfully and meticulously renovated, with a real attention to detail this home makes you feel welcomed while providing all the smart features.
The first level has a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area. This is well-equipped with everything you should need for cooking meals at home during your stay. There is an additional living room, separate to the open-plan design, that has a smart TV with Apps and a selection of books for entertainment, perfect for wanting a bit of quiet time away.
The garden seamlessly transitions from the open- plan kitchen and living space, perfect for summer days and nights! Here there is a patio area with outdoor seating and lawn for relaxing in the sun.
There is also a downstairs bathroom, with toilet and sink.
Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with its own en suite. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with individual antique pieces, while also following the generalised theme of the house to create a cohesive space.
On the second floor there is a further lounging area, with smart TV, perfect for allowing separate down time for children or groups. Here there is a further bathroom and the Third bedroom, with 2 full size single beds.

Easy access to the house, wall key safe, self check in. Can unload in the bays out the front of the house and then park in the garage which is 3 minutes away.
